It positive does appear like almost each and every time the newspaper is opened or the news is clicked on today there’s however 1 extra story about a person in trouble as a result of loans gone poor. One more person added to the growing list of names of people today marched off to prison for an extended term. Actually it’s not uncommon now for judges to hand down sentences of up to 30 & 40 years for cheating a lender out of money.

Then what’s really surprising air jordan 1 wheat pre order , is that the dollar amounts on these loans are so surprisingly low in many instances. All too often hundreds of dollars, rather than thousands. They aren’t sophisticated crime rings either. The fact is much more often than not it’s just working individuals who were in need of a loan and broke a law that they thought they could get away with. Or worse but, made a poor judgment error.

So then what precisely is it that these people today did to get themselves charged with a crime when their loans ended up going into default? Is it only that they stopped making payments on it? Or, is it something that they did or didn’t do when they took out the initial loan. Possibly some mistake? If so, it positive would be nice to know what it was so you don’t end up making the same catastrophic mistake.

The answer to your entire question relating to this topic is easy. All you have to do is be completely honest, and truthful in your dealings with any lender, and you will have “no problems”. Even if you end up defaulting on a loan because that in and of itself is not a crime. The legal problems that folks run into when they default on a loan are all related to some type of “fraud” that they committed when they secured it.

The simple truth is that telling a lie to a bank or other lending source while securing a loan, in and of it, is not a crime. It is the banks job to verify all that you say to them if they want to. However, when you cross the line from lying to actually submitting fake or altered documents to back up your lies that is a crime. Even something as small as changing some number on a pay check stub is all it takes.

What you need to know however, is that there are loads of poor loan cases that wind up in a civil court and that’s where lies can come back to haunt you. No you can’t be sent to jail in a civil court but if a judge sees that you were untruthful in your dealings with the lender, he or she will most likely take that into account when they hand down a decision, and an award to the bank. So the lesson here is to always be honest with your lender.

PYONGYANG, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Tuesday slammed the United States for passing a new sanctions bill against it, state-run media reported.

"The new sanctions against the DPRK, Russia and Iran which recently passed by the U.S. Congress is prompting a growing international backlash," a Foreign Ministry spokesman was quoted by the Korean Central News Agency as saying.

"The sanctions by the United States which are geared to 'saving the U.S. economy' by securing the market for energy and increasing its export are encroaching upon the interests of its allies and friends without hesitation as well as its rivals," said the spokesman.

The U.S. Congress reached a deal on July 27 on sanctions against Russia, Iran and the DPRK.

On Tuesday, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, who was visiting Georgia, said that President Donald Trump would sign the sanctions bill on Russia this week.

French police extended a manhunt on Thursday for two brothers suspected of killing 12 people at a satirical magazine in Paris in a presumed Islamist militant strike that world leaders described as an assault on democracy.

French anti-terrorism police converged on an area northeast of Paris after the two brothers were spotted at a petrol station in the region.

Police released photos of the two French nationals still at large, calling them "armed and dangerous." Brothers Cherif and Said Kouachi were both already under watch by security services, media reported.

Two police sources said that the men were seen wearing rain poncho in a Renault Clio car at a petrol station on a secondary road in Villers-Cotterets, some 70 kilometers from the French capital.

Prime Minister Manuel Valls said France faced a terrorist threat "without precedent" and confirmed the two brothers were known to security services. But he added it was too early to say whether authorities had underestimated the threat they posed.

"Because they were known, they had been followed," he told RTL radio, adding: "We must think of the victims. Today it's a day of mourning."

Meanwhile, a policewoman was killed in a shootout in southern Paris on Thursday. But police could not confirm whether the shootout was linked with the Charlie Hebdo attack.

Seven people had been arrested since the attack, Valls said. Police sources said they were mostly acquaintances of the two main suspects. One source said one of the brothers had been identified by his identity card, left in the getaway car.

Late Wednesday an 18-year-old man, Hamyd Mourad, turned himself into police in Charleville-Mézières, some 230 kilometers no.
