SHIBERGHAN, Afghanistan, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- A total of 19 militants have been confirmed dead and eight others injured as government forces aircrafts targeted Taliban hideouts in Aqcha district of Jawzjan district with Shiberghan as its capital over the past two days, an army spokesman Nasratullah Jamshidi said Monday.
