Summary: To be able to import Sony XDCAM, XDCAM HD and XDCAM EX media into Final Cut Pro X, you'll need a Sony XDCAM to FCP X Converter to encode Sony XDCAM MXF/MP4 footages to Apple ProRes codec from Sony XDCAM SD, XDCAM HD, XDCAM EX and XDCAM HD422 on Mac OS X.
